Appointments

Consultations are by appointment only via phone: +32 51 491111.

If unavailable: please leave a voicemail with your name, reason for contact, and phone number. You will be contacted within a week.

What to bring

Please bring, if available:

• your identity card; • a referral letter; • an overview of your current medication; • relevant medical reports or imaging; • for headache: a headache diary; • for seizures: a description of the event and, if possible, information from a witness.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend your appointment, please notify the practice in time (at least 24 hours in advance) so that another patient can be helped.

Payment and reimbursement

Dr. Van Dycke is accredited and non-conventioned. Payment is only possible via Bancontact. Payment is done via the third-party payer system via the health insurance fund: therefore, you only pay your own contribution.
